Most delays in DSC issuance come from one missing document. Here is the complete list, by certificate type, so nothing holds you up.
Individual Class 3 certificate
- PAN card — mandatory, no substitutes
- Address proof — Aadhaar, passport, voter ID or driving licence
- A recent passport-size photograph
- An active mobile number for OTP
- An email address for eKYC correspondence
Organisation combo certificate
- Authorised signatoryu2019s PAN and photograph
- Organisation PAN card
- Certificate of incorporation, partnership deed or registration proof
- An authorisation letter or board resolution naming the signatory
- GST certificate, where applicable
DGFT certificate
Everything in the organisation list, plus your IEC certificate if it has already been issued. If the IEC application is still in progress, we can issue the certificate alongside it.
NRI applicants
NRIs are eligible. A passport replaces the domestic address proof, and additional attestation may be required depending on the Certifying Authority. Tell us upfront so we route the application correctly.
A note on quality
Scans must be legible and complete — all four corners visible, no glare, no cropped edges. A rejected scan costs a day.
