The terms on which Trending Tax Solutions provides Digital Signature Certificate services.
About our service
Trending Tax Solutions is an authorised reseller and application facilitator for Digital Signature Certificates issued by licensed Certifying Authorities in India. We assist with application, verification, issuance, installation and renewal.
Who issues the certificate
The certificate itself is issued by the licensed Certifying Authority, not by us. The Certifying Authority\u2019s own subscriber agreement and certification practice statement govern the certificate.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate documents and information, for completing video verification honestly, and for safeguarding your USB token and its password. A certificate is tied to its token; if the token is lost or the password is forgotten, a fresh certificate must be issued.
Turnaround times
Same-day issuance is typical but not guaranteed. Timelines depend on document completeness, successful video verification and Certifying Authority processing.
Pricing and invoicing
Prices are quoted at the time of enquiry and include the certificate, USB token where applicable, and GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every order.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for losses arising from portal downtime, Certifying Authority delays, or misuse of a certificate or token.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
