How Trending Tax Solutions collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.
Information we collect
When you enquire about or apply for a Digital Signature Certificate we collect the details needed to process that application — typically your name, contact number, email address, PAN, address proof and photograph, plus organisation details where an organisation certificate is being issued.
Why we collect it
Your information is used solely to verify your identity with the licensed Certifying Authority, to issue and support your certificate, and to contact you about your application, renewal reminders and support requests.
Sharing with certifying authorities
To issue a certificate we must share your application details with the relevant licensed Certifying Authority (for example eMudhra, Capricorn, Pantasign, VSign or idsign). We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else for marketing.
Retention and security
Application records are retained for as long as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable CCA India guidelines. Documents are stored securely and access is limited to staff handling your application.
