Refund Policy
When a refund is possible for a Digital Signature Certificate order, and when it is not.
Before the application is submitted
If you cancel before we submit your application to the Certifying Authority, the amount paid is refunded in full.
After submission but before issuance
Once an application has been submitted, the Certifying Authority\u2019s charges and token cost may already have been incurred. In these cases we refund the balance after deducting costs actually incurred, and we will tell you the exact amount before processing.
After the certificate is issued
A Digital Signature Certificate is a personalised, non-transferable product tied to your identity and token. Once issued, it cannot be returned and the amount is not refundable.
Failed or rejected applications
If an application is rejected by the Certifying Authority for a reason not attributable to incorrect or incomplete information from you, we refund the amount paid in full.
Faulty tokens
A USB token found to be faulty on arrival is replaced at no cost. Report it to us within seven days of delivery.
